These cattle are 100% Grass-Fed-And-Finished and Born and Grazed on Wyoming Grasses for their entire lives so you can enjoy beef that is 100% pure, clean, healthy, environmentally friendly, and raised by a local Wyoming ranch family you can trust.
Choose Your Processing Option:
Self-Processed: Purchase your beef on-the-hoof and come out to the farm to harvest your own beef. (Most-cost-effective option, but entails a lot more work!)
Processed in a USDA inspected Facility: Dry-Aged for 14 Days and Processed by Professional Wyoming Butchers. Beef processed at a USDA Plant is flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness and longest storage life in your freezer. We will reach out to you before your beef is cut to help you fill out a cut sheet so that you will receive the cuts you would like.
